The Spirited Wanderer is a dry-hire bar — you provide and own the spirits, and we bring the bar, the bartenders, the mixers, the glassware, and the care that makes it feel effortless.

Provide the spirits
We send a precise list, matched to your final guest count and menu — down to the bottle. You buy it from any licensed retailer, and it remains yours.
Leave the rest to us
We arrive early, set up, pour with care from the first drink to the last, close the bar gracefully, and leave the space exactly as we found it.
Because the spirits are yours and nothing is sold at your event, an unlicensed venue stays worry-free — no liquor license needed. If your county or venue keeps a host rule of its own, we’ll help you identify it.

Every service includes the bar, setup and teardown, professional bartenders, a menu built for the occasion, ice, glassware, napkins, and garnish. The spirits are always yours to provide.

The Spirited Wanderer began with a simple conviction: the best part of any celebration is the person behind the bar — the one making your drink, reading the room, and quietly making sure everyone is looked after.
After more than a decade tending bar — busy rooms, weddings, private events — I built a bar that travels, so that same care could arrive at the estates, farms, and coastal properties where North Florida gathers.
What you’re hiring isn’t a trailer, and it isn’t the alcohol. It’s hospitality made to feel effortless — polished service, thoughtful details, and a real sense of occasion, wherever people come together.
The look is drawn from old star charts: brass on deep midnight, a single fixed point to steer by. Polaris — the star that has always guided travelers home.

Good to know
Do we need a liquor license?
Generally, no. You provide and own the spirits, and nothing is sold at your event, so it sits outside Florida’s liquor-licensing requirements. If your venue or county keeps a host rule of its own, we’ll help you identify it.
How is the alcohol handled?
We send a precise list — types, quantities, and a sensible reserve — matched to your final guest count and menu. You purchase it from any licensed retailer; it stays yours, and anything unopened goes home with you.
What do you need on site?
A firm, roughly level area of about twelve by twelve feet, a clear path to bring the bar in, and either a standard outlet within about fifty feet or a word ahead of time to bring our own quiet power. We carry our own water.
How far ahead should we reserve?
Popular spring and fall dates are often reserved eight to twelve months out. If your date is nearer, it is still worth asking.
What if the weather turns?
We serve through most conditions. For lightning or genuinely unsafe weather we may pause, so an outdoor event should have a sheltered alternative for the bar and guests.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes — a full alcohol-free menu, or a few considered options alongside the main list.
How is a date reserved?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date; the balance is due before the event. Send an inquiry below and we’ll take it from there.
